Hello. I’m Mark Leatherwood, founder of Truelight Solar Services. I’ve been working in the solar industry since 2018, starting in solar sales where I gained firsthand experience helping homeowners make the transition to clean energy. Over the years, I saw a growing need for reliable maintenance, cleaning, and proper panel removal and reinstallation—services that are often overlooked but essential to protecting a customer’s investment. That’s what led me to start Truelight Solar Services in 2025.

I take great pride in delivering a true white-glove experience from start to finish. For me, it’s not just about getting the job done—it’s about clear communication, attention to detail, and making sure every customer feels confident and taken care of throughout the entire process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Christine, and my two daughters, Emmalyn and Aubrey. I’m a big Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the beach or spending time with friends and family.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: provide honest, high-quality service that customers can trust.
